For the convenience of SXNS participants and to promote interaction between them, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Granlibakken Conference Center for the evenings of September 23-26. (On-site registration begins the afternoon of the 23rd, and the first technical session will be held that evening. The last technical session will be held the morning of the 27th.) We strongly urge participants to stay at Granlibakken, where both room and board are included in a special conference rate.
To encourage interaction, all meals will be taken together. The meals include three meals a day, from dinner on Monday, September 23, to lunch on Friday, September 27, as indicated in the program.
For those who choose off-site accommodations, Granlibakken requires that you purchase a meal plan for $336, which includes all meals and refreshments indicated in the program. No partial meal rates are available.
For those staying at the Granlibakken for less than the entire conference duration, room and board will be prorated according to the length of stay, provided Granlibakken is given 72 hours notice prior to late arrival or early departure.

The spouse/guest fee is $216.00, which includes meals and lodging.
